Employees can request vehicles through a digital calendar, with automatic approval and key pickup. You can track vehicle locations and connect the system with Test Management for managing test vehicles.

Vehicle Management lets you manage all types of vehicles, whether test, company, or pool cars, by organizing the minto fleets. Linked with logbook, reservations, calendar, location, inventory, and key cabinet management, it forms a complete fleet solution. Employees request one or more vehicles in a timeline calendar, and the workflow handles approval digitally. Key handover is automated through the key cabinet using a company ID card. You can check a vehicle’s location on your smartphone and update it when it’s returned.When connected to Test Management, vehicles can be managed as test vehicles. Additional features help streamline daily fleet operations.

The vehicles created can be defined in vehicle fleets, and various expenses, such as fuel receipts, can be assigned to the respective vehicle.
Created once - available everywhere
One of the main features of vehicle management is central master data management for vehicle usage information. In plain language, this means that vehicle brands, fuel types, and equipment can be stored centrally in advance. This data then automatically appears in the selection screen for each vehicle that is to be newly created.
Integrated logbook
In combination with the logbook management system, the journeys of all vehicles can be viewed.
