It records signal requirements, sends out configurations, and automatically saves recorded data. This data is linked to vehicles, tests, and defects through integration with Test and File Management.

Major automotive OEMs use thousands of test vehicles, each fitted with data loggers that record key signals to help find faults later. To keep track of every data logger and what it records, we created Data Logging Management.First, you collect requirements from different teams about which signals to record. Then you create configurations that are automatically sent to thedata loggers during data reads. Working with Test Management and File Management, the recorded data issaved in a central archive and linked to the vehicle, test, and any detected faults.This streamlines testing from setup to analysis, saving time and costs.

Logger configurations
Configure what a data logger should record: the bus descriptions, which signals can be recorded on which buses/segments/protocols, the code description and scripts for the data logger, and more.
Managing logger projects
Specify which data logger is installed in which vehicle at what time and which logger configuration is used. There is a link to the corresponding test in the test management. (This is used to store data in the file management.)
Data logger search function
Convenient search function for measurement data recorded by data loggers and stored in the file archive, by vehicle, time period, trigger number, etc.
Readout management
Manage the readout stations and data logger data carriers. Record the readout processes, i.e., the transfers of data logger data from the storage medium to the file management system.
