Version 1.0.0 of our new Form Management app (SwhFormManagement) is now available. It offers a flexible solution for efficiently creating, managing, and using digital forms and form processes in your daily work.
Digital forms made easy
The app enables forms to be fully digitized—from creation to submission. Two key elements are at the core:
- Forms: specific documents that are filled out and edited during the workflow
- Form templates: reusable templates that can be used to create new forms
This makes it easy to structure and scale standardized processes.
Flexibly customizable for every use case
Forms can be individually modeled and consist of freely definable fields and groups. Supported features include:
- Text, number, and date fields
- Yes/No questions
- File attachments
- Selection fields
- References to existing objects
Additionally, rules can be defined to control, for example, when a field is visible, required, or active. The order and display can also be flexibly customized.
Structured processes with status logic
A special feature of the app is status-driven processing. Forms go through defined phases—for example, from draft to completion. This allows approval processes to be clearly mapped and tracked.
