The app is based on two central elements:
- Modification and change logs as parent processes
- Modification and change entries as individual actions within a process
For each change, information such as date, status, responsible person, person performing the work, and comments can be recorded. Optionally, operating hours or mileage can also be recorded.
Add, remove, or replace components
Asset modification management enables the documentation of added, removed, or replaced components. Quantities and units of measurement can also be recorded, creating a complete change history.
Integration with maintenance management
In combination with Maintenance Management, maintenance tasks and modifications can be planned and documented almost automatically. This creates a comprehensive history for each asset that accounts for both maintenance measures and modifications.
