A test request is created in Germany, while the actual driving takes place in Sweden, Spain, or China. The instructions need to be clearly understood by the local test driver, and their feedback must later reach the teams responsible for evaluation. In globally distributed testing operations, multilingual support is therefore not a convenience feature. It is part of the workflow.
Cluu can manage content in multiple languages. For one major automotive group, we are now taking this a step further: autonomous AI agents handle part of the language work in the background.
Instructions for test drivers are translated automatically into twelve different languages. Employees at test locations around the world can provide their feedback in their local language. In the background, these entries are translated back automatically and made available within the shared process.
For test drivers, this means they can work in the language in which they can describe observations most precisely. At the same time, the central organization no longer has to translate every response manually before it can be processed further.
AI Takes Over Work Between Process Steps
Translation is only one example of how AI can be embedded in a testing process.
Another autonomous assistant can analyze incoming issue reports, group similar feedback, and cluster related observations. Instead of reviewing large numbers of reports individually, responsible teams can identify recurring patterns more quickly and see which reports may refer to the same underlying issue.
The AI does not replace the test driver or the responsible engineer. It takes over work that often happens between the actual process steps: translating, sorting, comparing, and structuring information.
This also changes the role of AI in enterprise software. It does not have to appear as an additional chatbot next to an application. It becomes more useful when it performs specific tasks in the background and feeds the results directly into existing workflows.
In international vehicle testing, that can mean: the test driver writes in their own language, the engineer works with consolidated information, and Cluu keeps the connection between test request, feedback, and issue intact.
