Mobile app for inspections
Whether caretaker, technician, or handing over an apartment, you can log and document everything directly on site using your cell phone. Even offline. As soon as you're back online, everything is automatically synchronized.
Cost accounting
Operating cost billing (heating costs, ancillary costs, etc.) is integrated: Get help with creating your bills by entering the consumption bills from your service providers (electricity supplier, heating supplier). The system takes care of the rest by identifying the relevant tenant, comparing their advance payments, and calculating any credit or additional payment. You will receive an automatically generated letter that you can now send to your tenant.
